            The following is a list of rental properties currently or soon to be available. You may take an application and ride by the properties, to make an appointment to see the inside please contract the rental office. Please do not knock on the doors asking to see the properties. You must make an appointment.
                An application fee of $20.00 per person or $30.00 per married couple must be paid before your application will be processed. A one year lease and security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. The security deposit may be higher if there are credit problems. Pets may be permitted in some properties with a $200.00 non-refundable pet deposit. College students are required to have a parent sign a lease.
